This course may be substituted for Classic Literature and Composition. Students will intensify their study in English studies in preparation for the AP English exam in the spring. In addition to all of the novels and plays read in the regular level of Classical Literature, AP students will read White Noise by Don DeLillo. Additional works include study of Keats' odes and James Joyce's "The Dead". Department application process is required.
